2lbsturkey1 full turkey breast or 2 lbs of ground turkey
500mlchicken broth
2540 ml canswhite kidney beansdrained

1tbspItalian seasoning

1/2tbspchilie powder
1cupplain greek yogurt
1/2cupmozzarella cheeseshredded
1/2cupparmesan cheeseshredded
salt and pepperto taste
extra cheese to top
Instructions
If you are using a full turkey breast, lightly run the breast with olive oil, salt and pepper before adding it to your slow cooker. If you are using ground turkey, first brown the ground turkey in a pan before adding it to your slow cooker.
To the slow cooker, with the turkey, add your chicken broth, chilies, beans, onion, garlic, corn, Italian seasoning, paprika, chilie powder, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
Add the greek yogurt and cheeses. Mix well. Turn the slow cooker up to HIGH and cover. Cook for 15 minutes.
Stir again, as moisture will settle on top. Cook for another 15 minutes uncovered.
