Steakhouse Bruschetta with Wild Game
If you’re looking for a quick, delicious, and hearty appetizer, this Steakhouse Bruschetta with Wild Game is a must-try! It’s packed with rich, savoury flavours and makes for a perfect snack or party dish. It’s also super easy to prepare.

I made a fresh baguettes yesterday, and it turned out to be perfect for this recipe. But store-bought works just as well!
The Ingredients:
• Wild game (venison, goose, elk, bear, etc.), sliced into strips (against the grain)
• Steak seasoning
• 1 sliced red pepper (or diced tomatoes)
• 1 sliced baguette
• Butter and oil
• Garlic aioli
• Sea salt flakes
Slice the wild game into thin strips, cutting against the grain to make sure it’s tender and easy to bite. Massage steak seasoning into each piece and let them rest for 30 minutes to absorb the flavours.

Slice up a red pepper or dice some tomatoes. Cut your baguette into slices.
Heat a skillet with butter and oil and cook the wild game strips until browned. Remove and set aside. Wipe the skillet, then fry the red peppers until slightly softened.

Wipe the skillet again, add some butter, and toast the baguette slices until golden brown.

Spread garlic aioli over each baguette slice, top with cooked wild game, and add red peppers or tomatoes. Finish with a sprinkle of sea salt flakes.
That’s it! These wild game bruschetta bites are great as a snack, an appetizer, or even as a fancy addition to your next dinner party.

Let me know if you give this a try! What wild game are you using? I used Canada Goose in these photos.
